Fractional GTM Executive
Twenty years building go-to-market from scratch. Strategy, process, systems, people. In that order, usually. Sometimes all at once.

About
I’ve spent twenty years working on one problem. Most early-stage companies don’t have a sales problem. They have a strategy problem that shows up as a sales problem.
My work has never been about cold calling scripts or quota frameworks. It’s about the whole picture. Strategy. Process. Systems. People. In that order, usually. Sometimes all at once.
Alongside my consulting work, I also started MyHubPartner, a HubSpot partner agency focused on helping companies get real value out of the platform. Not just implementation. Actual revenue outcomes. I ran both simultaneously and sold MyHubPartner to TANK New Media in December of 2020.
That combination mattered. Consulting on GTM strategy while also running a growing agency taught me things you can’t learn from the outside. Systems break in ways you don’t expect. Hiring decisions have longer tails than you think. Selling something you built is a different education entirely.
Around the same time, I founded KC SaaS — a community organization built to develop executive and sales leadership talent inside Kansas City’s emerging SaaS ecosystem. We hosted panel discussions with names like Patrick Campbell from ProfitWell and Rob Belcher from SaaS Capital. We ran peer groups for C-suite executives and VP-level sales leaders. The goal was simple. Kansas City was becoming a real SaaS hub and the talent needed to keep pace with the growth.
It’s also where I met a partner at Royal Street Ventures. You build the room, you meet the people in it.
That same year I started something entirely different. Advantage Goalkeeping was a goalkeeper glove brand built from scratch. In 2023 we executed what became the first NIL deal in college soccer history used to create a signature athlete product — a glove designed specifically for female goalkeepers, in partnership with FSU All-American Cristina Roque, now playing professionally. I sold the company that same year to one of my first customers, an NCAA Division I coach.
I didn’t start Advantage Goalkeeping because it fit neatly into my consulting practice. I started it because I saw an opportunity and knew how to build something around it. That instinct runs through everything I do.
Since 2016, Royal Street Ventures has been a consistent part of how I work. When there’s a GTM need inside their portfolio and the fit is right, they make the introduction. That’s how both diib and Redflag AI started.
Right now I serve as CRO at Redflag AI. As with most opportunities, it started as a fractional engagement. That’s usually how it works when the fit is right.
What I Do
I get called in when a company has a product worth selling and no clear path to selling it at scale.
01
02
Who sells what to whom, and how. What gets tracked. What gets measured. What gets fixed when it breaks. I build the foundation so the team can actually operate.
03
The rules around systems and tech have changed faster than most people realize. I help companies cut through the noise and build the right setup for their stage — one that moves fast, keeps costs in check, and doesn’t require headcount to maintain.
04
When to hire, who to hire, and what to actually look for. Early sales hires are high-stakes decisions. Most companies get them wrong.
